1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using the 773pub website and services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. 3. Deposits and Account Funding

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

773pub accepts deposits through various payment methods available in the Philippines, including but not limited to GCash, Maya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank), cryptocurrency (USDT), and other methods displayed on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified for each payment method and may be adjusted at our discretion.

3.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must originate from payment sources in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. 773pub does not charge fees for deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges. Deposits are typically credited instantly, but processing times may vary depending on the payment method and external factors beyond our control.

3.3 Currency

The primary currency for 773pub operations is Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, plus any applicable conversion fees.

4. Withdrawals and Payouts

4.1 Withdrawal Requests

Players may request withdrawals of available account balances at any time through the methods available on the Platform. Withdrawals must be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's name. We reserve the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding certain thresholds.

4.2 Processing Times

773pub aims to process withdrawal requests within 5-15 minutes for GCash and Maya during business hours. Bank transfers may take several hours. Actual receipt of funds depends on the processing times of external payment providers. Withdrawals requested outside business hours or on weekends may experience delays.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits and Fees

Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the Platform. 773pub does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, excessive withdrawal requests or requests for amounts below recommended thresholds may incur administrative fees at our discretion.

4.4 Bonus Wagering Requirements

Funds derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements as specified in the bonus terms. Withdrawal requests made before completing applicable wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from such bonuses.

5.3 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

6. Gameplay Rules and Conduct

6.1 Fair Play

All games on the 773pub Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or live dealers to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Players must not use any software, bots, or other automated means to play games. Collusion with other players, cheating, or exploiting technical errors is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6.2 Game Rules

6.3 Technical Errors

Players must report suspected technical issues immediately through customer support. Continued play after identifying an error that benefits the Player may result in voiding of associated winnings.

7. Responsible Gaming

We provide tools to help players maintain control over their gaming activities, including deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools to ensure gaming remains an enjoyable entertainment activity.

If you believe you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, we encourage you to seek help from appropriate resources. Self-exclusion requests will be honored immediately, and excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period under any circumstances.

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately, and funds will be returned less any winnings.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Outstanding balances will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after all pending wagering requirements and verification procedures are completed.

8.2 Company-Initiated Suspension or Closure

773pub reserves the right to suspend or close player accounts with or without notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any specific bonus terms
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Multiple account creation or other forms of bonus abuse
• Abusive behavior toward staff or other players
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested
• Dormancy exceeding 12 months with no activity

In cases of account closure due to terms violations, 773pub reserves the right to confiscate account balances and winnings. In cases of voluntary closure or closure without fault, remaining balances will be returned to the Player.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 773pub Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and game content, is the property of 773pub or its content suppliers and is protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without express written permission from 773pub.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 773pub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

773pub is not responsible for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, payment processor delays, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our maximum liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount of funds in the Player's account at the time the claim arose.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms & Conditions or use of the Platform, Players should first contact 773pub customer support to attempt resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, Players may escalate the dispute to senior management.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through our internal processes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.

12. General Provisions

12.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 773pub regarding use of the Platform, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

12.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these terms without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

12.3 Waiver

No waiver by 773pub of any term or condition shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure to enforce any provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of such provision or any other provision.

12.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without prior written consent from 773pub. We reserve the right to assign or transfer our rights and obligations to any third party without notice.
